Hawaiian Chicken


I found this recipe in a cook book and then changed it up to suit what I actually had in the pantry.
So easy and yummy!

1 can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 T Stone Ground Mustard
4-6 Chicken Breasts (boneless)
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste



Mix liquids and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Serve over rice (I use brown).
