Rarely do I make a recipe that would be good enough to serve in a restaurant.
But's it's happened twice to me.
Once was here.
And this one is here.
This was heavenly.
I tried to get back to taking pics of each step and because this recipe is so easy, I don't even think I need to describe each pic.
Those above pics were the making of the pesto.
Below is just cream and butter simmering.
Add the pesto to the cream and simmer a little more.
Prepare pasta, drain and add pesto sauce to pasta.
I served the pasta with braised short ribs but the star, if you ask me, was the pasta.
