This recipe was called Mock Stroganoff.
My usual beef stroganoff uses stew meat and this one was just using ground beef.
It had fresh mushrooms, brown gravy mix and lots of sour cream.
It was pretty darn tasty for being "glorified hamburger helper."
I need to figure out how to take a pic of the recipe and you actually be able to read it.
