Have you ever had to make a hodgepodge meal?
The other night I realized I didn't have the ingredients I thought I did for a recipe I was wanting to make so...I scrummaged through the deep freeze and found some Schwan's pork chops.
Fried them up and served with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Can't beat that!
