Ahhhh...potato soup!
This recipe was a new one and extremely easy!
Peel, dice and cook six potatoes until fork tender.
Add in two cans potato soup (I know, sounds gross but it WASN'T).
Milk, salt, pepper.
Mozzerella and Cheddar cheese.
Garnish with bacon and chives.
I might have poured in a little bacon grease too.
It was nice and thick.
Some people like their potato soup thin.
I do NOT.
